Suzanne and Abby are a really dynamic duo; it’s a total joy seeing the two of them together and being able to be a part of their lives. Abby’s really smart, too – and energetic, curious, adventurous. You know, like most kids her age oughtta be.
We had a blast on this photo shoot. I didn’t have my semi-usual assistant (my wife) with me for lighting, but I there were a lot of great things going on with the water and the sun breaking over the hills.
We did this mother and daughter portrait sessions a little south of the Hoback Junction, which is (as you may know) south of Jackson Hole. I think it’s great down there by the Snake River. It almost had a Southern-Cal beach feel. I AM from Southern California, so I oughtta know that.
